This one’s a game-changer. We’ve officially launched our Configurable Flows Engine, alongside powerful new tools for segmentation, compliance, pricing, and smart sending. Together, these updates unlock the ability to run your entire SMS marketing lifecycle inside TxtCart, fully personalized, fully automated, and fully compliant.

Updates:

• Major Feature Launch: Configurable SMS Flows

  TxtCart Flows let you build dynamic, personalized SMS journeys for every subscriber while still keeping the 2-way, conversational experience TxtCart is known for.

  With Flows, you can now:

  • Trigger messages from 20+ event types

  • Control flow entry using frequency limits, subscriber attributes, or event data

  • Automatically cancel flows to ensure subscribers only receive the most relevant messages

  • Run side-by-side flow A/B tests to find the highest-performing sequences

  • A/B test individual messages within a flow to optimize copy

  • Add Listeners for link clicks or replies to trigger instant, personalized actions

  • Set wait times to deliver messages at the perfect moment

  • Let the flow branch intelligently, sending subscribers down different paths based on advanced logic

  • Schedule flows to run on a cadence for consistent, always-on messaging

  We’ve introduced a brand-new Tagging system to give you more control and visibility over your audience.

  You can now:

  • Import your own lists to add or group subscribers

  • Append to, copy, or overwrite existing lists

  • Create Segments that automatically stay up to date using simple or advanced criteria

• New Pricing Update: Lower Per-Message SMS Rates

  • We’ve reduced per-message pricing across plans, unlocking some of the most competitive SMS rates on Shopify. Be sure to review your plan to see the significant savings now included. Plans now start at $0.009/SMS and offer as low as $0.006/SMS with Enterprise.

• Feature Launch: Enhanced Compliance Controls

  TxtCart now gives you more granular control over compliance at checkout.

  You can specify which fields should be treated as:

  • Promotional subscribers

  • Transactional subscribers

  • Or ignored entirely

• Feature Launch: Smart Sending

  To help protect subscriber experience (and reduce churn), we’ve added Smart Sending.

  You can now:

  • Set a minimum time between messages per subscriber

  • Prevent accidental over-messaging
