🎯 10/08/26 - Better offer tracking, faster imports, and a cleaner experience.

This release introduces a new Offers page to track discount code performance across your Flows, significantly improves subscriber list imports, and brings a few quality-of-life improvements across Campaigns and Conversations.

Feature Launch: Offers Page

All your Flow discount codes and their performance, in one place.

The new Offers page gives you a centralized view of every Shopify discount code used in your Flows, including how many messages referenced each code, how often it was redeemed, and which Flows are using it.

You can also edit or disable discount codes directly from the page, making it easier to manage promotions, identify underperforming offers, and keep your automations up to date.

Feature Enhancement: Bigger, Faster Subscriber Imports

Import larger subscriber lists with less waiting.

TxtCart now supports subscriber list uploads up to 100 MB, making it easier to import hundreds of thousands of contacts at once.

Larger files are processed in the background with live progress updates, so you can continue working while your import completes. Subscriber counts automatically refresh once processing finishes.

Other Platform Updates

• Accurate Campaign scheduling dates: The Campaign Calendar and Campaign list now display send dates in your store's timezone, ensuring scheduled messages appear on the correct day.

• Cleaner Conversations: Deferred or unsent Campaign messages no longer create empty conversations in your inbox.

This version brings sharper audience targeting and a cleaner way to manage your Flow versions.

Feature Enhancement: Address ZIP/Postal Code Targeting

Reach shoppers by ZIP or postal code, right down to the area you care about.

You can now filter by Address ZIP/Postal Code in Segments and Flows, alongside your existing State and City filters.

Use the new "Starts with" option to target a whole area at once. For example, "starts with 902" reaches every shopper whose ZIP begins that way.

It's a fast way to build a store-specific or regional audience for your next Campaign or Flow.

Feature Enhancement: Delete a Single Flow Version

Clean up a Flow's version history without starting over.

Flows now let you delete a single draft version straight from Version History, so an old experiment doesn't have to stick around.

Your Flow's active version and send history stay exactly as they were.

Other Platform Updates

• Flow history protection: A Flow that has ever been turned on can no longer be deleted outright. Archive it instead to keep its history intact.

🚀 09/22/26 - Flows just got a whole lot more powerful.

Version 4.5.5 brings Shopify Customer Tags directly into the TxtCart flow engine, adds message-level localization, gives you more control over ecommerce triggers, and makes attribution cleaner automatically.

Feature Launch: Shopify Customer Tags Integration

Your Shopify customer data can now trigger what happens inside TxtCart, and TxtCart can send data right back.

Flows can now trigger whenever a Shopify Customer Tag is added or removed. That means any app in your Shopify stack that updates customer tags can kick off a TxtCart flow automatically, without a custom integration.

We also expanded the existing Add Tag functionality to support Shopify Customer Tags and added a new Remove Tag node. You can now add or remove tags on the TxtCart subscriber, the Shopify customer, or both.

That opens up a much bigger automation layer between TxtCart and the rest of your stack.

Use another app to identify a VIP, high-risk customer, loyalty member, subscription status, or anything else represented by a Shopify tag, and TxtCart can react to it automatically.

Feature Launch: Message Localization

One flow. Different messages depending on where your customer lives.

Every message node can now have its own translations directly inside the flow editor. Add the translation, write the localized message, and TxtCart keeps reporting for those translations grouped together as a single message.

Subscriber Phone Country and Address Country are also now available across Segments, Flow Triggers, and Decision Nodes.

That means you can build country-specific flows from scratch or keep everyone inside one flow and branch the experience based on location.

Feature Enhancement: Smarter Ecommerce Flow Triggers

Checkout, Order, and Fulfillment based flows can now use Product Type and Product Tags as both Trigger Filters and Decision Nodes.

Instead of every checkout or purchase following the same automation, flows can now react differently based on what the customer actually bought or is trying to buy.

Feature Enhancement: Better UTM Tracking

Every trackable link now automatically includes utm_campaign, pre-filled with the name of the Flow or Campaign it came from.

Custom parameters are also passed exactly as you enter them, so you can send data into tools like Northbeam, Wicked Reports, Rockerbox, or your own analytics setup alongside the standard UTMs.

The link editor now shows a live preview of exactly what will be added to the URL and flags invalid, duplicate, or reserved parameters before you save.

Existing flows with duplicated UTM parameters will automatically be corrected on their next send.

Other Platform Updates

• Same-day Campaign scheduling: Campaigns can now be scheduled as little as 30 minutes in advance, down from the previous one-day minimum.

• Faster page loads: Data-heavy pages across TxtCart are now loading up to 300% faster.

• AI Agent support handoffs: The AI Agent can now connect customers to any approved support phone number, even if the number isn't owned by TxtCart.

• Campaign reporting: Fixed an issue preventing the "All Time" filter from being selected on the Campaigns page.

• Conversation notifications: Fixed a caching issue that could cause escalated conversations to display inflated notification counts.
