This release introduces a new Offers page to track discount code performance across your Flows, significantly improves subscriber list imports, and brings a few quality-of-life improvements across Campaigns and Conversations.

Feature Launch: Offers Page

All your Flow discount codes and their performance, in one place.

The new Offers page gives you a centralized view of every Shopify discount code used in your Flows, including how many messages referenced each code, how often it was redeemed, and which Flows are using it.

You can also edit or disable discount codes directly from the page, making it easier to manage promotions, identify underperforming offers, and keep your automations up to date.

Feature Enhancement: Bigger, Faster Subscriber Imports

Import larger subscriber lists with less waiting.

TxtCart now supports subscriber list uploads up to 100 MB, making it easier to import hundreds of thousands of contacts at once.

Larger files are processed in the background with live progress updates, so you can continue working while your import completes. Subscriber counts automatically refresh once processing finishes.

Other Platform Updates

• Accurate Campaign scheduling dates: The Campaign Calendar and Campaign list now display send dates in your store's timezone, ensuring scheduled messages appear on the correct day.

• Cleaner Conversations: Deferred or unsent Campaign messages no longer create empty conversations in your inbox.

🌍 08/06/26 - Your subscribers stopped being a US-only list today.

We've been teasing this one for two releases. It's here. TxtCart now sends SMS to 14 new countries across Europe, on top of the US, Canada, UK, and Australia we've always supported. Every country ships with the local compliance framework already built in, so you're not the one figuring out what ePrivacy means for a Berlin subscriber at 11pm.

If you've been sitting on international traffic you couldn't message, or capping list growth at your borders because your SMS platform couldn't follow your customers, that ceiling is gone.

Feature Launch: International SMS

Head to Settings → Messaging and click Add a country. Pick where your subscribers actually are, and TxtCart handles number provisioning, carrier registration, and the local regulatory setup for you.

Live today: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden, each running under GDPR and ePrivacy, with Norway also covered under its Marketing Control Act. The United Kingdom is now managed the same way under UK GDPR and PECR.

The US (TCPA), Canada (CASL), and Australia (Spam Act 2003) stay verified on your account with no additional setup required.

Only pay for the countries you actually send to

Compliance in Europe is not one thing. Each country has its own regulator, its own sender registration process, and its own carrier requirements, and those costs vary widely between them.

So we're not bundling it into a flat international fee and hoping the average works out. You add the countries where your subscribers live, you pay the real cost of staying compliant there, and you skip the rest. Each country's monthly compliance fee is shown next to it in the Add a country menu before you commit, and if you remove a country the fee comes off your bill.

A few countries need lead time

Most countries turn on immediately. Three require carrier or regulator approval before your first send:

• Belgium: ready in ~5 days

• Italy: ready in ~7 days

• Germany: ready in ~30 days

Add them now and we'll start the clock. You'll get a notification the moment they go live.

Other Platform Updates

• Country-aware compliance: Opt-in language, unsubscribe handling, and quiet hours now follow the rules of the subscriber's country, not your store's.

• Per-country visibility: Your messaging settings show every active country, its framework, and its status in one view.

🚀 07/10/26 - Everything you know about the TxtCart dashboard just changed.

Version 4.5 is not a reskin. Every single line of code behind our front end and back end has been rewritten, replacing 6 years of additive code from a rotating cast of part time engineers with one unified platform, built by a dedicated team with a clear vision for where TxtCart is headed. Combined with the recent rebuild of the Flows engine underneath TxtCart, this release officially moves us from a Shopify app to an enterprise grade offering.

We won't list every change here, the list is too long, but here's what actually matters to you.

Feature Launch: Advanced Segmentation for Campaigns

This is the big one. You can now build your own dynamic segments based on your subscribers' attributes and send campaigns straight to them. No more choosing from a handful of preset audiences, if you can define it, you can target it.

Feature Launch: List Based Campaigns

Send campaigns directly to the lists you've already uploaded. Full control over exactly who receives a send, without building a segment first.

Feature Launch: Excluded Audiences

Pick any audience type and subtract it from a campaign's recipients. Perfect for keeping recent purchasers, VIPs, or any group you don't want to hear from twice, out of a send.

New Branding, New Home

TxtCart's new branding and design system shipped with this release, and the platform now lives at app.txtcart.ai instead of dashboard.txtcartapp.com. Same login, same account, just a cleaner, faster home. Update any bookmarks when you get a chance.

Other Platform Updates

• Multiple discount codes: Campaigns can now include more than one discount code in a single send.

• Branded short links in Campaigns: Every campaign link is now a branded short link, giving you full click tracking on campaign sends.

• Smarter discount code creation: Every discount code modal now lets you select an existing Shopify code or create a new one directly, no more tab switching.

• Leaderboards and Milestones: Track your progress toward milestones, earn rewards, and see where you stand on the anonymous monthly leaderboard.

• Test messages now send from your approved number, not a centralized TxtCart number, so what you preview is exactly what your subscribers will see.

• Unsubscribed subscribers are now visible in your subscribers list.

As always, any code that changes can break, even with careful, faithful porting of every feature. If something looks off, report it and we'll jump on it fast.
